Everything went smoothly for 1st visit. Nurse Practitioner came in and talked with me and then the doctor came in and discussed the procedure that we will be doing. They took as much time as needed to get to know my medical history.

they are nice, efficient, I was taken back to see the doctor within 3 minutes of arriving.

Support staff could be friendly. While it has nothing to do with quality of medical care, going to doctor appointments can be unnerving. Just a kind smile can go a long way. I often feel like an inconvenience in admin and triage areas.

The waiting room is smaller and kind of enclosed and I felt a little uncomfortable. For the most part everything else was wonderful the staff friendly.
