Lisa (works with Dr. Maddox) is great - she does her homework- knows your case .

They were very professional. They answered any questions I had. Went over all tests that I had.

Staff is wonderful, wait time is terrible in waiting room to be called back

Everyone was very thorough explaining things, very professional and kind. Dr Maddox did a great job with my ablation. No issues with my heart since. No bruising at the entry point. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone.

From check in to check out, everyone was helpful, kind, and professional. The doctor and the entire medical staff explained every step of the procedure, which alleviated all my concerns.

No problems. Everything about the procedure was explained and all questions were answered. procedure went exactly as described. Recovery was easy. Instructions for recovery were understandable. Recovery has been as predicted.

Long wait time but over all good visit

Everything went smoothly for 1st visit. Nurse Practitioner came in and talked with me and then the doctor came in and discussed the procedure that we will be doing. They took as much time as needed to get to know my medical history.

Support staff could be friendly. While it has nothing to do with quality of medical care, going to doctor appointments can be unnerving. Just a kind smile can go a long way. I often feel like an inconvenience in admin and triage areas.
