My appointment was canceled after sitting in waiting room for 40 minutes I was told that my insurance wasn't accepted... I waited three weeks for this appointment. I should have been notified before my appointment time so I could've found another provider... This was bad business and inconsiderate of one's health... Never will I refer a friend.. You guys need a better system

My first visit with Dr. Fonbah was great. He listened to my concerns and is addressing them systematically. Nurse Jamal is great and personable. My stress test was awesome, with Stephanie and Victoria. A special Thank You to Gina [ ] for assisting me during my time of need and uncertainty with my first visit to UAB West. UAB West is an Awesome environment!

It was my first time to come to the new medical center and I wasn't sure about where to come, that is, if the clinic would be in a building separate from the hospital. But as we arrived, the signs directed us well. It was nice that the parking was free. There was no soap in the ladies' restroom, but the receptionist apologized and gave me some hand sanitizer.
