Open desk at entrance does not provide any privacy when sharing health information. Entrance area is not patient friendly.

Dr. Clifford almost always sees me earlier than my appointment time and is very kind and listens to my concerns with an open mind and also asks me great questions to make sure he understands my needs even more. I have been a patient of his for 10+ years and would highly recommend him for your primary care physician - they offer a patient portal which allows patients to communicate with staff 24/7 and they all respond to my concerns very quickly.

Dr Clifford is wonderful. My copay is only $0, however I was charged $35. After checking with my insurance, I contacted your office and they contacted my insurance company to refund my $35. Your office was very helpful in getting the refund taken care of.

Dr. Clifford is so thorough and cares about my health. I was able to get my chest X-ray and labs done all at the same appointment. Excellent customer service from the receptionist to the nurses.

Sure! I am absolutely THRILLED with them! Love Dr. Clifford (whom God sent me after prayer & much ""homework"") ! His staff is amazing. They are really ""on the ball"" with my healthcare! Just saw him Friday for the first time & already I have my lab results, 2 appts.( out of 3, so far) have had a Telehealth visit & gone back for x-rays! What a team! I was 10 minutes late to my appointment & they told me the doctor would not see me. This is after the last time I made an appointment & arrived & they told me I was too sick to be seen. So, twice I've shown up with appointments & been told they wouldn't see me. Will not ever go back. Been a patient of Dr Clifford for over 10 years, but not anymore.
