Trying to get new appointments at my preferred location is difficult and I felt like I was listened to but understood I have questions and concerns

Whitney is a true asset to the clinic and to her profession. She’s always kind, respectful, and listens to any concerns I may have.

Whitney Sharp listens well, takes a good history, & maintains communication always. She is highly professional, knowledgeable & is current with latest information pertinent to my age. The staff was professional, polite, & asked & answered all the appropriate questions.

Easy parking—-clean facility and very efficient—in and out in a timely manner!

Check in was a little tricky since there was no one at the front desk upstairs (lunchtime I think). Maybe a sign saying if you've already checked in downstairs to just sit down? There were several of us who didn't know what to do. Also, this is nitpicky, but it's a very cold sterile environment. Every other OB office I've been to has pictures, a little color, tampons/pads/wipes...just a little more inviting. Every time the assistant went out the door during my exam, I was completely exposed to the nurses station. Like I could see them, so I know they could see me. I don't know how to avoid this but the other offices I've been to have the exam table pointing the other way. Very embarrassing. Otherwise, everyone was very kind and knowledgeable and that's the most important part.

The clinic staff always takes the time to answer my questions and explain what will occur during my appointment. They always make me feel comfortable during appointments and check in with me during exams and procedures. The staff is so kind and caring!

The visit was well prepared, with a phone call beforehand and the collection of medical history. The visit went quickly, smoothly, & Whitney was well-versed, answered all my questions, and made a follow-up appointment for me. Grateful for the care I received.

Wonderful care. Scheduling was awful.

Couldn't have been better. My original appointment was canceled, so I had to call for a new one. I find that annoying. Nevertheless, I took the first available appointment and had a good experience.
