On time. Plain English explanations. Thorough explanations. Understanding. Engaging. Laughter. Apparently no visit time line. Left satisfied and educated.

Great experience! We arrived early as we live two hours away. Staff greeted us and took us early. Never happened before at any clinic. All staff so professional. I am a nurse and appreciated every detail of their patient interaction with us. They knew all about me before we arrived and it showed. yet allowed me to voice concerns. I am so comforted by the doctor’s response and encouragement in this uncertain and serious health concern, we cannot say enough good things about our experience. I’m scheduled for more testing and I’m assured that we will get answers for what is going on with my memory. Regardless of the outcome we will be forever grateful for our visit at UAB Drs Baehr and ( ) and all other staff for the comfort and care they gave us. It’s a scary situation for patients and families. I just don’t know how it could have been any better. I from personal experience with family always thought Mayo Clinic could not be beat. But i think you have done it! Thank you!

Dr. Baehr is a standout in the faculty. His knowledge, compassion and warm manner are exemplary.

Everyone is so nice and caring. They always want the best for you and try to accommodate for your needs. From the office assistants to the nurses and medical staff including the doctors, nurses and physician assistant - they are all out for the best of the patient. Also to Karen my case worker who worked getting me close to home for my infusions.

Always a good experience. Memory loss is a tough issue for everyone but the folks at UAB Memory are so kind and professional. They put you at ease while you're there.

Physician is wonderful. Time to schedule original appointment was very discouraging due to long wait list. I guess frustrations are more with there are really no treatment options for memory patients with this diagnosis
