My diagnosis was reconfirmed. No additional help. No additional testing. Have not received any information about anything else we talked about. Notes had not been read. We sent ahead of time. Notes were ignored that we handed to him while we were there. Several times he got confused and didn’t hear what we were saying. We had to repeat history and things we were saying. Just felt like another number to be added to the many many patients that he sees. Very confused and frustrated. Things are worse and no help or understanding. I’ve had this diagnosis for over 20 years. No help no understanding.

We felt welcome. All the staff that we interacted with were friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr. Mark was exceptional as well!
