Totally impressed with my experience. From Steve in parking lot, to receptionist at desk, to all medical people that I dealt with while in back waiting to see Dr. Soong. She answered all my questions and gave instructions that i understood. I immediately called family members when I got finished and gave them the phone number because I know of at least 2 family members looking for a new dermatologist. They are planning on making appointments this week. I look forward to future appointments with Dr. Soong instead of dreading them. 🙂

From Introduction by Triage ,to the resident Doctor [ ] all the way to Doctor Vera Soong everyone is outstanding! Everyone at the Practice is very personable and makes you feel relaxed. As far as Reception, they could be a little bit more congenial. We don't expect them to be enthusiastic. However, they could at the very least greet you when you arrive.

The young, female doctor who did my initial assessment and also performed my procedures was excellent in every way. She and Dr Soong make a fabulous team. The Whitaker Clinic runs like a well oiled machine. Every person Involved in my appointment, from check in to scheduling follow up appointments was friendly, listened well, was courteous and competent. The facility was spotless. The temperature in the waiting room and exam room was comfortable. I cannot stress enough how excellent the care is. I actually look forward to my visits!

The entire staff provided very professional services. The doctors explained very thoroughly my problem and used examples and pictures to show me. They also explained the different treatment plans and allowed me time to ask questions. I was very pleased with the service and the procedure performed.

I loved the doctors and staff. The only reason for not giving a 10 is because wait times seem a little long.

Dr. Soong is probably the most professional & thorough doctor I have ever visited. She is wonderful at her job and is friendly and down to earth. Very easy to discuss things with and so knowledgeable. I love the staff of nurses and other professionals in her office also.

Convenience parking it u don't want to park in the deck for a small fee, Doctor is knowledgeable, listen and concern about your issue.

DR.Soong is my doctor, which in my opinion is the best. What I don't like is, having to see a doctor in training, before I see Soong, What I would like to happen is Soong do the examine and trainee watch. I understand we all have to learn, but I personally don't want to be Ginnie pig. FYI , DR Soong did examine me after trainee, which like I said she is the best

The wait time is always long, even if you arrive in plenty of time (2:15 for a 3 p.m. appt, get in a room at 3:30). But the service is good.

Always kind and thorough. However the lady making appointments could be a little more understanding, had to change ours while we were there and it seemed she was a little aggravated. Otherwise , all was good.
