Excellent experience as usual with Dr. Bittner. However, I came on time at 8:40 am and did not see her until 9:55. It appeared to Dr. Bittner (from her records) that I was very late, which I was not. I confronted the front desk person on my way out and she stated that she signs the patients in when they come (I did have to wait a few minutes for her to call me up to get my med sheet, but this was done by about 8:50am) and then I waited. She stated that the hold up is in the back. This needs to be corrected. In addition, I had a point of care EKG and this took a long time because 2 of the EKG machines were broken. So logistically this was a hard visit, esp. since I am a UAB physician and lost a lot of time at this visit that was not clinical time.
