It was a normal eye exam visit, with exception of the bad news of high pressure in left eye, which caused an urgency to have the cataract in the same eye removed asap. So the best part of the visit was the feeling that I was in good hands, even though I am very concerned about the surgery.

Parking is much easier at this location.

Dr Tyler Hall is a fabulous eye doctor. I came to him after a botched cataract surgery. For 2 years he has worked with me, sent me to retina specialists, operated on me and gotten my right eye as good as he can. I trust him enough that he will do my left cataract surgery next week!!

They were very thorough and answered all of my questions. Just a pleasant place to go and the wait was not bad. Dr. Hall is just the best and all of his technicians were very knowledgeable and pleasant. This has nothing to do with health but your shrubs could be trimmed before all the windows are covered. Get rid of that ugly shrub on right hand side if you are looking at building. It takes away from the attractiveness of the building. Trim the others and you will be set. It will match what is inside.

Waited for 1 hour 40 minutes. Many others came and went. About 8 in waiting area. Asked what was wrong, said busy. Two ladies at front were rude. Took time away from sick 3 year old granddaughter for this. Totally unbelievably. By the look of reviews, many have same issues. Will go somewhere different.

I'm torn because while my visit with Dr. Hall was good, the wait time was insanely long. Much longer than the wait times that I've had for previous eye exams, in the past, at other establishments. My appointment actually ran over into my work conference call---which was TWO hours after my appointment. That, alone, can influence a person's willingness to refer other business.

Very pleased with all the people that I encountered there. I was seen very quickly. Dr. Hall explained to me in detail what was going on with my eyes and I left feeling as if I knew exactly what I was facing.

The wait time is just extremely long. I am usually 10-15 minutes early but I wait 40-50 minutes after my scheduled appointment to even be seen for the initial look before seeing the doc. Then being placed into a second waiting room takes another 40-60mins. It’s just a very long wait time. The staff and everyone is great no complaints there. Just have to schedule a very long period of time away from work for an appointment that honestly takes 5 maybe 10 minutes based on how long I see the staff.

I received a thorough exam

Very nice Nurses Assistants! They put my needs first.

My stay was over 2 and1/2 hours. The temperature was well below comfort in the waiting room to see the doctor. Dr. Hall was as usual top shelf.

Dr Hall has gotten me through a very frustrating time with my eyes - before i came to him i went through at least 6 other doctors and none listened and helped like he has. Staff is wonderful as well.
