I love the branch I didn’t like my practitioner, if he was my first visit I would select somewhere else.. he didn’t seem to listen to help me he seemed to scrutinize my concerns instead of attempting to help me and he didn’t listen very well

I arrived early for my appointment. I waited less than five minutes. Everyone involved was very prompt and professionally got me out in less than 30 minutes.

Very Professional from check-in to Evaluation from SNP Timothy Stanhope (sp.?)with UAB to Follow up with Nursing evaluation, Imaging, review and follow up referral to radiology imaging in afternoon off Hoover site.

I had a bad bladder infection. Saw the NP Tim and it was very thorough. Gave a sample and the lady in the lab was so nice. Short wait time. Friendly receptionist

I arrived early farmer appointment and was seen almost immediately. The individual who did my initial questions and assessment was very professional. Then I saw the nurse Practitioner- Tim, who was very professional and courteous, and was very thorough in the care that he provided

Appointment was for 10:30 taken in early. Staff prepared with lab test, then to exam room. NP Tim S. is always prepared having read over my history in advance. Took my situation very seriously & referred me to a specialist. Prescription was already bu the time I arrived home.

Not a scheduled visit, but got in promptly. Nurse Practitioner and intern were very thorough identifying my condition, prescribing meds, and offering feedback.

Decent, well provided expertise and skill, clean, courteous, knowleadgable

I only had to wait less than five minutes to be called. The nurse was very personable and professional. The CRNP was appropriately concerned and had a sense of urgency about my wound and made the referral to the Wound Clinic immediately.

NP was fast, concerned and through.

The visit was on time and informative. The personnel were kind, attentive and respectful.

UAB worked me in quickly when I called with some concerns. Timothy Stanhope was caring and wonderful and presented me with possible diagnoses that I had not even considered.

The staff at the front desk was able to schedule me in promptly. The NP I saw was knowledgeable, compassionate, efficient, kind. A prescription was called in to my pharmacy and I was feeling better by next morning.
