Dr. Mayo and her assistant were so sweet and knowledgeable. Her assistant came in and got information from me and informed me that Dr Mayo be in soon and apologized for how long I had to wait. It was no problem at all. She even got me a blanket because it was so cold in the room

Caring doctor and nurses

Yes, Dr. Mayo is the best! She is always caring and understanding. The pharmacy team member, Lacey, is nice as well. I encountered a small barrier when trying to receive my medication from a different pharmacy, and both Dr. Mayo and Lacey helped me gain access to it. At no point did I feel rushed or unheard by either of them. They did a fantastic job.
