Exceptional care

I have never had a bad experience at UAB Highlands. I've had multiple surgeries for injuries and also had experience with ICU for DKA. I highly (and often) recommend this facility to anyone needing excellent care. Thank you to Drs. Evely and [ ] and all the support staff that have cared for me.

We were asked if we needed valet parking when we drove up, we were offered a wheelchair, the lady who took vital signs at Dr Evely’s office brought us a bottled water and helped my husband sit and stand.

Dr was so nice and very sensitive to my desire to not have surgery. Offered and gave injections to try and ease the pain. Didn’t try to push me into surgery at my advanced age; I am grateful for his patience in that regard. Overall a very nice person and a pleasant experience even though pretty painful

Dr. [ ] & Dr. Evely had excellent bedside manners. They were not only professional, but caring. In addition, I believe they provided the care and proper treatment for my situation.

Dr. Evely is very concerned about his patients. He operated on my shoulder and has taken care of me for a year now. I’ve been released, but I know that he and his staff are there if I need them.

A pleasant appoinment! We arrived early, was called back for xrays early, doctor came in and was to the point on healing progression and ongoing physical therapy. We were there for less than an hour. Still paid $3.40 parking which I'm not sure why but maybe they'll do something good with the money.
