Sydney Fights, PA-C

Sydney Fights graduated from Auburn University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She later earned a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from UAB in 2025. She joined the UAB Urology team in 2026, where she provides inpatient care for patients with acute urological conditions and assists in the operating room. Outside of work, she enjoys playing beach volleyball, listening to live music, and spending time with family and friends.
