My appointment was easy to make, and they were able to see me within a reasonable time period, in fact, I was surprised at how quickly an appointment was made for me. I was seen well ahead of my actual appointment time, which was fantastic. I mean, how many times do you go to a doctor's appointment, and you actually get seen on time or before the appointment time? The nurses and doctor were kind, respectful, and courteous to me. They explained all the procedures well and I left feeling confident that my issue is in good hands.
