Every person on the staff treated us with great respect! The doctors were so very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the medical options available for me.

Every individual I encountered was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Theiss has been a lifesaver for me.

Once in my exam room, I had about a 30 min wait on my dr, but he was busy. His resident did come in and do some exams and ask questions. Once Dr was in, he took his time answering my questions and concerns. Overall, it was an A+ visit.

Love Dr Theiss. He is honest about things but also conveys he truly wants to help you.

You are welcomed with kindness. The staff seems to enjoy what they are doing. I had very little wait time in the lobby and even less time for the doctor to come in. Dr. Theiss has a way of making you feel calm and comfortable during the discussion of what you are going through and explaining how he can help you with your situation. He does not rush you.

Dr. Theiss and his staff are wonderful. They are kind, courteous, and take the time to discuss issues, concerns and develop an appropriate POC.

It was a pleasure meeting with Dr Theiss and his fellow. I appreciate his approach. I am very thankful that he wasn't one of the drs that just want to give a miracle pill! He is working to try to fix the problem, as much as possible, and without drugs! I will see him again in three months.

The reason I gave a ten is because the doctors are great ,they are so kind and will give me reasons the surgery or any thing like that will need to happen ,’and not just say this needs to happen and get the date of the surgery.etc

UAB Highland appears to be taken well care of, bathrooms were clean, hallways, exams rooms and the customer representatives and doctors were a pleasure to work with.

Dr Theiss did not take my condition seriously. I felt he dismissed me from the start of my appointment. His only “medical” advice was to do physical therapy. I told him I had gone to physical therapy and I explained that it makes my condition worse. I don’t believe he has any compassion for me. And I will not be endorsing UAB, ortho/neuro and Dr Theiss.
