The staff and nurses illustrated an exceptional high level of professionalism. Also, the nurses and CRNP Fieno were showed compassionate regarding my questions and concerns, they were attentive, and my healthcare was top priority to them. They are truly an example of professional and quality healthcare service providers who really care about their patients.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Only drawbacks are: 1. access- long for an appt. 2. Horrible sign in area - the plastic divider that's on the ledge at the window looks terrible and you have to reach way up and over to hand your documents to the receptionist. I would think UAB could do much better than this.

Stefani Fieno is absolutely wonderful! And the staff at the clinic is equally as wonderful. I had surgery with Dr. [ ] before she retired and have continued with the clinic driving from Huntsville because I know they are familiar with the type of surgery I had and have been very pleased with my care.

Uab was right on time with my appointment barely sat down and I was called to the back. All the providers from pct, Rn, NNP were friendly and made it a pleasurable experience. My NNP was very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. I would recommend her to everyone.

This was my first time having a pelvic exam and I was very nervous. Stefani and Michelle had great bed side manner, and Stefani did a great job explaining what she was doing as she did it. And Michelle held my hand and comforted me during the examination. They made the experience very positive and I will be returning for care.
