It is too difficult to schedule an appointment. You receive a reminder to schedule your annual appointment and when you call, either the schedule for your physician is not open or it is full and you are asked to call back in a month or so or schedule with a Nurse Practitioner. Not everyone is comfortable scheduling with a NP especially if you have health issues that your physician is familiar with and if you have a relationship with your physician.

Dr Patel is one of the best doctors on this team. I really appreciate her for her thorough examinations and educating me on what to expect.

The building could have a better sign so you are sure where you are going. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The Cna I had was wonderful and explained everything so well. Dr. Patel is always great and takes her time.
