They are all very nice, polite, and do not rush you thru. They listen to what you need to talk with them about.

From parking to the help desk to the nurses and Dr Dunn, our visit was superior. My concerns were addressed and explained in a manner that I was able to understand.

I have met a lot of doctors in my life and Dr Terence Dunn is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is knowledgeable and confident but has humility. He has what many doctors of his level of skill lack . He has a high degree of emotional intelligence which makes his level of empathy and communication ability a very strong. He listens to me as a patient and addresses my input with interest, consideration and respect. I don't hesitate to share with others exactly how good he is. He also has something many doctors lack which is common sense!

Level of care and staff are excellent

The PA who interviewed me appeared to be totally competent and answered my questions clearly. Dr. Dunn explained the proposed procedure and risks and outcomes clearly and answered all my questions. So I was able to make an intelligent decision to schedule the procedure.

The wait wasn't long. Everyone was very helpful and kind . Dr Dunn explained everything in detail in language I could understand. I appreciate Kirkland Clinic.

I was very pleased with how thoroughly the PA and doctor spent adequate time in all aspects from going over my past medical records as well as listening to me describe my condition. A present plan as well as a plan for going forward were established. I have never given all 10s ratings before. Dr Dunn and his team do great work and I have the utmost confidence in their caring as well as competency in providing the best medical treatment.

My husband and I are very grateful that Dr Dunn is my cardiologist. I truly believe that fate guided us to him. I cannot describe in words how much we’re really appreciate Dr. Dunn patience and honesty! And most importantly his conservative approach! I’m also very grateful that Dr. Dunn sees me as a person and not as a patient. He emphatic and understands the challenges that I’m facing with the current heart issues. After followed-up my visit with Dr. Dunn, he gives me a perfect understanding, trust and confidence in him. I would also like to mention Dr. Dunn office staffs-they’re very courteous and professional. I’m highly recommended Dr. Dunn to any ones that needs treatment with heart issues.

Everyone is amazing!!

Being a patient is usually an intimidating experience. Having your medical professional treat you with care, concern and honesty generally brings calm, a sense of truly being seen along with hope. My only suggestion would be to always look us in the eye as you listen, which immediately makes us feel important and you, as our doctor, gain insight into us.

I was very impressed with Dr. Dunn. He took time to explain my medication as well as the upcoming procedure. He communicated very clearly and asked if I had any questions (this is unique in my experience with other providers). I appreciated his reassurance to calm my concerns.

First, the nurse practtoner was very thorough, but also seemed interested in [age] year old me as a person. Secondly, the doctor (Dunn) explained my problem, gave me alternatives, and suggested further testing before we made a treatment plan, because the symptoms might have been caused by a pharmacological problem. Month-long monitor and further thyroid testing before we decide on a prmanent solution. A monitor was attached and I was sent home. Again explanations were given in clear understandable terms. My age was not just passed over, but celebrated!

All the folks at UAB were so knowledgeable and helpful, they seem to really care about there patients.

Acommodations were made to squeeze me into the schedule as my appointment had been canceled but I had not been informed. The medical staff answered all my questions and I never felt rushed.

Appointments are only good to reserve a day to go. When you see Dr. has absolutely nothing to do with appointment time! I respect their time by showing up early and they have no respect for patients time
