Friendly staff, got me in to see my primary care physician on very short notice. They do a great job listening and making sure your needs are met.

Every one in the office that I’ve had contact with has been the utmost of kindness. I haven’t EVER considered a thought about a complaint. From the sign in to the appt desk and ALL IN BETWEEN, wouldn’t go anywhere else. ESPECIALLY DR. SARAH BRAGG and her office staff !!❤️❤️❤️

Sarah Bragg is truly amazing. She took an appointment and listened to my concerns as a parent and my [age] year old who is the patient. She showed both respect for my daughter as a patient but also me as a parent. This was one of the BEST appointments with a MD we have ever had. I just can’t say enough how she handled the need for medication being revisited and made sure my daughter was comfortable with plan. I really don’t have the words to describe how much this appt meant. I read reviews on her before we switched to her - and this last appt she really showed me while people write such great reviews because she truly is great!

My health has radically improved under Dr. Sarah Braggs’ care. Staff is always friendly, professional and shows expediency in the work!

First, I love the UAB system. It is very efficient and keeps me up-to-date with everything that’s going on and ties in with all other physicians in the UAB network. Second is the doctors, and especially right now Dr. Sarah Bragg, truly focuses on what’s going on with me and how to Best treat my problems rather than just throwing me a script after 30 seconds of a hello and a goodbye. I’ve never had that at UAB. Third, back to your system, I have wonderful reminders for everything that’s coming up or anything that needs to be addressed or changed. I don’t have to worry about missing something because I forgot. Thank you so much for your good care! (your system will not accept more than a five letter. word when asking for one word to describe my doctor so I’m giving it to you here, understanding. 😇❤️
