Had an early arrival. Was recognized at front desks by a super representative who knew my name and welcomed me warmly. Moved thru check-in and preliminary checks speedily. You have the kindest people meeting the front line in all areas. Could not have been better. Was highly impressed and well cared for. Thank you much!

It was my first visit to Radiation Oncology. Dr. Marcrom was personable and courteous and made me feel comfortable and cared for. He explained the treatment in terms I could easily understand and answered all my questions. He listened to my needs and because of my schedule limitations, he got me scheduled for the initial radiation evaluation and measurement exam within the next 2 days. I trust him.

Everyone was so nice from the parking experience, nurses and Doctors. The team was patient, kind and knowledgeable. The valet helped me park my car out front for easy access, but it would be nice if there were more parking spots available.
