Everyone knows their job and knows what needs to be done. They are in and out, having done what is necessary for your next step to discuss your health with your doctor. I just wish they were a little more ""friendly?"" I got the impression we WERE just a job to them. Its our livelyhood and our future, but its their job. But still, I am impressed with everyone's knowledge of their responsibilities.
