I have received very good care at TKC-Neurology. The staff and doctors are friendly, efficient, and answered my questions completely.

In and out quickly. Dr. Pearlman knows the best ways to treat migraines.

I was very satisfied with time I was waiting which was not long at all.

Nurse Constance was friendly, appointment was right on time and Dr Pearlman listened and helped me with why I faint. He also prescribed medicine that has my headaches under control

Dr. Pearlman is hands down the best. He is on time and goes over it all make sure you understand what is coming next. Then he is off to the next person. I wish other Dr. valued our time like he does

Services were excellent. Wait time for an appointment was initially 10 months. My follow-up should have been 3 to 4 months but the soonest I can be seen is 7 months out. That is an extremely long wait time for patients dealing with an issue.

Perfect facility and staff. My only complaint would be with the front desk staff. They seem to always be less than friendly.

The Personnel were all wonderful and very helpful and knowledgeable of everything about their work details and information.

The doctor and staff were very nice and explained everything perfectly! Even the phone call I had with the pharmacy service at UAB today was great.

Dr. Pearlman's nurse is exceptionally nice and very professional. The ladies that check you in and check you out need customer service training. They are somewhat rude and act like they don't want to deal with the public.

Easy parking, clean environment, friendly staff, short wait time, the doctor was nice and explained everything in a way that's easy for me to understand.

Everyone was wonderful from the front desk, to the nurse, and, of course, Dr. Pearlman.

The doctor was helpful and didn't speak down to me like a lot of other providers have in the past. The front desk staff missed lunch because of the patient load. They should be able to step away to have a break in the middle of the day and take a moment to recharge. Dealing with the public is hard work that should be rewarded!

Everything was great with TKC-Neurology and Dr. Pearlman (and his staff). The only negative I experienced was the parking situation (not enough) that made me a couple of minutes late, though it didn't affect my appointment.

Had good visit with the physician that saw on [date]. He listened to and explained my concerns where I could understand them. It’s great to encounter physicians like him. The nurse was pleasant as well. So overall it was a very pleasant visit.

The nurse that took my vitals and logged in questions for the dr was absolutely amazing . She did not rush me thru as if I were just a number. She seemed Genuinely interested in the questions I had. She is truly what any patient wants when they are anxiously awaiting the dr. I don't remember her name as that's one of the issues I have is memory problems .

Everyone was wonderful but I did have to wait for the check in lady to quit playing on her phone before I could check in. The other two were busy helping patients.

There was a very full lobby, but I was brought back right away and put in a room. I was not in there but a minute until Dr Pearlman came in. He asked me all the right questions to get my situation figured out and get me started on new medications. He seemed very thoughtful and thorough. It didn't take long, but it didn't seem rushed. He asked me what was going on in my life and was very personable. I really like Dr Pearlman and his team.

Everyone from receptionist to medical assistant to Dr. Pearlman was extremely nice and friendly. Such a pleasant first experience. Dr. Pearlman was so knowledgeable about my cluster headache situation and explain things to me, even though I was not currently having troubles. Took a lot of time with me and seemed sincerely concerned about my situation.
