Staff great! Pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Stahl and his fellow were amazing! As a [occupation] myself being treated with kindness is probably the most significant piece of the equation. They were so caring, and honest regarding my husband’s situation. I am so grateful for their knowledge and their willingness to help us with such a difficult case. Thanks to you all at UAB!

A lovely young lady named Alicia answered my desperate call when I got lost downtown trying to find Highlands. She stayed on the phone with me the entire time, guiding me from 6th Ave to Highlands. I would love for her supervisor to know how special she is. She said that she was not in the Highlands building but in an ""access cener"", I think...a phone center possibly.
