Reid Hale, CRNP

Graduated from the UAB School of Nursing with a BSN in May 2010. Started my career on the Hematology/ Oncology Specialty Unit where I worked for 3 years as a bedside RN and charge nurse. Moved to the Hospitalist 2 Mixed Acuity Unit in April 2014 and spent 5 years on the unit as an Assistant Nurse Manager. Graduated from the Master's Program at the UAB School of Nursing with an MSN as an Adult/Geriatric Primary Nurse Practitioner. Started with the UAB Department of Otolaryngology as a Nurse Practitioner in January 2019. Currently I work with the Sullivan Head and Neck Cancer Survivorship Initiative.
