My whole experience with uab was above and beyond they were absolutely amazing saved my life. I will never go to another hospital except this one. I rate y'all 1000 :)

While waiting to be seen, I noticed there were people who were upset at their longer than normal wait times or that people who were. Although we also waited an hour before being seen, I recognize that this is a teaching hospital. The best part about this fact is that the surgeons, residents, physicians assistants, and nurses take the best possible care of the patients. This is why I do not mind the wait. PA Carter was absolutely excellent. From checking in to being seen, the process was smooth and PA Carter answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with care and compassion.

It was an exceptionally positive visit. There were n.o negativities

From the front door all the way through everyone was very helpful and friendly.All medical personnel were good listeners and gave thorough explanations.

Very attentive to me understanding

Every step was excellent. I am fully satisfied but if I can make one suggestion, it would be the cost of valet parking. Plus, they ask do we want to leave a tip. $12 for parking should be sufficient without asking for a tip. I do leave one but I dont like being asked for it. St V charged $8 they last time there so I gave $2 tip, but $12 to park in a lot right in front of TKC and then asked for a tip?? Left a bad taste in my mouth. Just my opinion.
