Excellent service from checkin in to meeting Dr.Arend for the first time. The smiling faces on the checkin staff,triage staff, Social worker, Nurse Practitioner, RN, and Medical Assistant were the Best! The smiling faces of the staff helped calm my nerves. Everyone was A+.

Yes, I would extremely appreciate it if just one time that Dr Arend is there for my appointment. I feel that I am not worth her time to be at my appointment. Plus I had some concerns about my health and I would have felt better if she was there at my visit!

Receiving a diagnosis of ovarian cancer can be utterly devastating. It's crucial to have a compassionate and empathetic medical team by your side during such a challenging time. Fortunately, that's exactly what I experience during my appointments. Every visit feels like returning home to family, where the warmth and support make all the difference. They truly make me feel we are united in this fight, together, holding on to hope and resilience.

Doctors are very knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. Will answer all your questions. Are very caring just super nice.

I absolutely love my team of providers! They have taken such good care of me and I'm so grateful!! The only thing I wish could be improved is the wait to see Dr. Arend. Yesterday was 90 minutes after my appt time and the same thing happened with my [Month] appt. I understand how that can happen, but it does get a little long, especially when we have a 90 minute drive (one way) on I-65.
