She actually talked to me like a person and didn’t feel like I was talking to a therapist like previous providers.

Besides kindness & professional, Rachel Patterson is thorough, thorough, thorough! Cant remember the last time a physician checked neck glands & see if any swelling one lower leg (besides listening to heart & lungs). She made sure all necessary vaccines & tests were needed. Very pleased. Would recommend her to anyone!

Visit was very good from check-in to end of visit. Ms Rachael Patterson was very knowledgeable and helpful while accessing my problem a contacted the proper department to make my follow-up appointments. The department that made follow up was very helpful to make the appointments more convenient for me since I live approximately 75 miles away. Thanks to everyone!

Rachel Patterson was wonderful and I like her a lot. The person at the send floor desk checking me in seemed bothered that she had to speak to me. The first floor check in desk team are always helpful and friendly

The nurse practitioner was extremely helpful. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and was very thorough. She made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit.

Everyone was very nice. NP was great. For some reason every time I have an appointment with Hoover UAB or Kirkland, they can never find my appointment. In fact a couple of times they have claimed I did not have an appointment. After I insist that I do or show my reminder text they look somewhere else. Something about the computer system is not communicating correctly. Just thought y'all should know because I bet some people have left thinking they showed up at wrong time.
