Front desk personnel were unprofessional and somewhat rude.

the appointment was canceled the day before the appointment i was out until late and did not check i showed up for the appointment after an hour and half drive to be told the appointment was canceled! The young man at the front desk was very appoligetic and managed to work me in .But I should have contacted by phone and notified of the cancellation my home and cell are on record and i have voicemail on both !

The Xray tech was very nice. She knew I was in pain. I appreciated her gentleness.
