Princess was awesome. She was professional and courteous from beginning to end. Princess explained everything that she was going to do. I was hungry and she provided me with a snack. I was cold and she brought me a warm blanket. Dr. Lancaster was professional and thorough with explaining the results of my MRI and surgery process. She even apologized for running late for my appointment.

Over the past 5 years Kirkland Parking went from great to a mess, crowded long lines etc. Waiting room for 40+ minutes, almost seems like too many patients being seen at same time. Scheduling issues??? All the Doctors, Technicians and Admin personnel are still fantastic and helpful, too many patients are not enough staff, something has changed. Still trust the medical side of the house but a little worried about the admin side.

The person who took my vitals and showed me to the room was unprofessional. When we got to the room, she pointed and said, ""By now, you know what to do."" Then I waited in the room for over an hour for the doctor with no one checking on me until my husband notified someone. Worst experience at UAB.
