It was our 1st time and the overall experience was A1 AWESOME!! I just pray it's like that every time!!! Even the young lady checking us out and giving us our next appointment was friendly! I think we're going to love it there!!

The worst doctors visit we've ever had! For at least 30 minutes we were being treated as a different patient because our doctor had the wrong chart. She was frustrated with us because our answers weren't matching what she was seeing and we were frustrated with her because we poured our hearts out trying to get answers and nothing she was saying made any sense to us. So much so that we almost excepted another patient's diagnosis and medication just to get out of there. I hate to think of what would've happened if a confused elderly person had gone by themselves. They would've been given someone else's medication and the person that really needed it wouldn't get the medication they needed. Also before we left we we were given an appointment for a telephone visit and before we got home someone called trying to set up yet another visit. Something is very wrong with your system and it needs to be addressed quickly before something really bad happens to your innocent patients. I'm sorry to give a review like this but this was our experience and it needs to be fixed.

Dr. Vo and her associates are very knowledgeable and personable. They communicate very well with patients and inspire confidence. It's as much as anyone might hope for in a patient/physician relationship.
