Great staff. Dr. Schmalz was super. I did not wait very long to be seen.

I went to see Dr. Schmalz and he and his team were not only RUDE but very dismissive. His physician’s assistant seemed like she was mad about being there and having to listen to my problems. Then Dr. Schmalz walked into the room and proceeds to tell me that I don’t have anything wrong with me. Proves himself wrong by measuring my brain in front of me- of course he can’t be wrong about his earlier diagnosis though because he is a brain surgeon. He was condescending the ENTIRE time I was in there. I tried to explain I just wanted help and his response was, “Don’t you know you’re in a brain surgeons office.” Yes I do. I just paid money for you to belittle me and tell me my PCP is who I should’ve continued to see. I will NEVER be back. I will NEVER recommend him. He needs to have a class in bedside manner because he LACKS in it DRASTICALLY.
