Polly Piggott is an exceptional representative for UAB. She is very knowledgeable, answers all questions and explains everything she is doing. I could not ask for a better caregiver.

Excellent service, down to earth staff

Very difficult to get the doctor on the phone. Slow feedback on what little has been done. Never heard from comparing the MRIs after 2 months.

Our provider was very thoughtful, explaining the facts in a kind and thoughtful manner. She took time (not rushed) with us and is always patient with our questions which is very appreciated.

I rate my experience very very high

Very friendly staff. An error in prescribing my wife's medication resulted in her running out of anti anxiety medicine for about 2 weeks and caused her distress. Results from tests were not shared with us for several months. I had to call and schedule an appointment to get the results.
