I was referred to Dr. Louis by another doctor, and I’m so glad I was. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I was in expert hands. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options — something I truly appreciated given the complexity of my dental situation. He walked me through the process step by step and outlined a clear plan for managing my care going forward. If you’re dealing with a complicated dental situation, I can’t recommend Dr. Patrick Louis highly enough. He brings both expertise and clarity to what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming experience.

I was excited to meet with this provider initially, but I felt like we struggled to understand each other through our communicator styles. Him using medical lingo I struggled to follow and me truly not knowing what to ask. I left feeling hopeless and belittled, although I truly don't think that was his intention. I'm not sure why I was scheduled to see him at all as he didn't tell me anything different than the NP I saw at his practice a month prior.

My appointment on Wednesday with Dr.Louis was my first. The entire experience from parking, registration, processing and examination was professional and efficient. During the time I have been coming to Kirkland Clinic you can see the grow and it amazes me how well services are responding. Thank you for being a model health care system where patient care comes first.
