Was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice, informative and willing to answer any questions. The nurse that took my vitals, the PA that did my skin check, and Dr. Mercado were very thorough with my skin exam and explained to me what the issues I wanted checked were. They did this in a very friendly, professional and comfortable manner. Dr. Mercado and her team did a great job. I was very pleased with the caring way they took care of me.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Dr appointment. It was quick and comprehensive. The only thing I would change would be the amount of people in the room. 5 people in the room is a lot at one time.

The ladies at the front desk where I checked in and out were rude. As I walked up to the counter to check out I stood at the counter for a few minutes before the two ladies addressed me. They were conversing about something outside of work. None of the ladies that work the counter are never pleasant. It's like they are not happy with their job. I don't ever get a greeting but on the other hand when I come around the corner every one is very pleasant. When I checked in I wasn't greeted.

Dr. Mercado is amazing, the staff are all caring and friendly. I never wait for more than 10 minutes to see the doctor.

The doctor seemed more concerned with sounding smart to her students than helping me understand my conditions and concerns. The ?intern? asked if I wanted to 'freeze off' some ""pre-cancer"" skin on my nose, and the doctor didn't even mention that when she came in. I also talked to the ?intern? about a full body mole scan, and the doctor didn't mention that either and I forgot to bring it up again. I asked about testing this pinky nail for cancer and the doctor just said ""well, we would have to do a biopsy"" and sort of brushed it off. I feel this process is flawed.

The resident who saw me (Pieper?) was professional; efficient, understanding, and responsive to my needs. The procedure he did was very fast and painless.

Wasn’t happy with the time spent with the dr. I felt like she really didnt look at the rash on my legs and made a pre determined diagnosis based on what was previously in my chart. It was a waste of my time and money.

My appointment was on time, and I was attended to as soon as I was in a room. The staff were efficient and approachable, and I felt well taken care of. I was out of my appointment in less than 30 minutes

As you get older I do believe one's concerns seem less important and are given advice a good Heath Magazine also provides. I appreciate the thorough check for cancer, but would like to know if there are any real medical remedy for concerns such as aging skin other than a good lotion and sun screen. Kind of feels like it is just a quick screening for skin cancer my insurence provides. Which again I do appreciate, and they are all very professional and kind.
