The only complaint I have is that the wait time in the room waiting on the Doctor

Appt was at 10:45 and didn't leave there until 1:00. Didn't see the doctor, had to see NP. Had to cancel another dr appointment that was scheduled for 1:00.

I was very pleased with my visit. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Maybe my visit that much more pleasant.

I liked how respectful the male staff was. They were kind and explained everything they were going to do. Keeping my dignity as an older female. This was true of both the young and seasoned men.

Nurse practitioner was very affectionate and listened to my every concern.

Wait time was minimal . Echocardiogram went well and the technician was very knowledgeable . I was disappointed that I didn’t get to see my cardiologist because he got called away on an emergency. But that just shows me he’s awesome and much needed at the facility. I had driven from Cullman and was not able to see him , but the PA was very good also.

BECAUSE REALLY CARE FOR BETTER HEALTHCARE NEED.

Everyone was very professional and very friendly.

I had an informed nurse practioner first and then a visit with Dr. Sabouni. My issues were discussed fully and a follow up echocardiogram was scheduled.

The nurses were very interested in seeing that I was comfortable and informed. They listened intently when I had questions or was just rambling.

Staff were excellent. Wait times were extreme. Construction ongoing in the main waiting area was not acceptable—noise, dust, certain loud talking workmen…

Have had a great experience with the department and with taking my worries and concerns seriously.

These are the credit to their profession , kind, caring And give you the truth of your condition

My appointment took place with very little wait time. The team was knowledgeable and helpful.

Has a TEE procedure and the staff was really nice and explained everything. The only thing I can think of is that it took 3 different to find a vein for blood samples. I was stuck 6 times.
