First, It took a couple of months to get an appointment with ANY cardiologist. Second, the scheduling department had reversed the appointment timing for the ekg lab and with the doctor. The doctors nurse had to perform the ekg in his office then I received a message the next day that I missed the appointment in the ekg lab and needed to reschedule. It seems like there is no communication between the different sections of the hospital and that is unacceptable in healthcare.

The doctor was not personal at all. I have been there at least 5 times and he asked me if it was my first time. He just seemed very rude.
