I am so happy to see a nutrition expert and clinical social work having been added to what has always been designated as a Comprehensive IBD Clinic. These additions certainly move it to a more comprehensive approach. The nutritionist/dietitian I saw - Mandi [ ] was so helpful and had a wealth of knowledge from many angles of dietary essentials pertaining to the varied manifestations of Crohns. I see BIG potential for the clinic. I think Mandi could go live with some fabulous informational videos and still see patients as needed. I also love Dr Ismail and his staff - I think that the calm and competent manner of staff are reflections of Dr Ismail's attunement to his patients needs. Dr Ismail is knowledgeable about current and future treatment possibilities for Crohns. Dr Ismail also has the somewhat rare gift of explaining complex concepts about the body and how it responds to disease. He places his explanations into a context of everyday experiences most people can relate to making it easy for people to understand. I believe that stress, nutrition.installation of hope, understanding, and cre critical to a healing environment and ompassion are critical for a healing environment. I came to clinic that day a bit forlorn and tired of the checklist routines of medical visits. I left encouraged, happy, and eager to share with others about the good news of a dietitian and clinical social worker being added to the treatment team.

Front desk check in, the young man who checked me in was short and kind of rude. Everyone else was very pleasant

Wait time was short. The tech was efficient. As always Dr Ismail was patient , kind and answered all my concerns. I am grateful for his care.

The staff was very kind. The only negative was the wait time was a little bit long, about 2 hours.

I had a great experience- all the staff and the doctor - (Mohamed Ismail) - the nurses - everyone - very caring - and professional- constantly checking to see if I was okay - explaining procedure and put me at ease. Also was given wonderful heated blankets !
