All staff members where very cordial and polite , the doctor was very informative and polite .

They was very professional and easy to talk too and explained everything too my understanding and I liked that

Doctor's assistant was very professional and thorough with all of the explanations. He took time with me and was very nice when I asked a question.

Overall good experience. I felt I mostly was able to share my symptoms and what is going on but still had additional to share

The PA Michael was awesome, attentive, informative and very competent. Not only did I find out what was wrong but I was educated along the way. Perfect and I appreciated the time he took with me to answer my questions. Definitely a 10!!

Every one was very nice , they provided a wheelchair for my wife and pushed her around to where she needed to be, the assistants were very polite and the nurses were also the doctor Michael was awesome and he showed us the mri that no one from [City] never did ,told us my wife didn't need surgery just some shots and burned nerves and set it up to have done in {City] by a doctor here plus I joked with him and he didn't get upset like others I think the world of uab KIRKLAND CLINIC I just can't handle the drive I have a phobia of driving long distance in a car but no problem on my motorcycle go figure , God bless you guys and girls for helping to get my wife back to where she can walk without pain Thanks for caring for people like we all should, We will be praying for yall .🙏👍
