I waited in the waiting for at least 40 minutes yesterday which made me be very late after seeing the doctor, getting blood drawn labs for Chemo, and then it took the pharmacy 3 hours to send my Chemo medicine up me and it caused me not to get home after 10pm last night especially since we live out state. I was unsatisfied. Also, when my doctor asked if I needed more pain medicine and I say yes it's now the next day at around 1:30-2pm and my medicine has been called in still.

I have always received good service. Dr. Straughn is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The staff is very pleasant.

Dr Straughn not only offered a follow up to a previous health challenge, but also offered a quick no fuss solution to a new one. And the care team that checked me in gave me a flu shot. I got way more than I was expecting, and a good bit of laughter.

The wait was long BUT my doctor doesn't rush me so I truly want him to give the same attention to all of his patients.

When I got there I was a bit lightheaded & they sent someone out to check on me 3 times before they called me back for my appointment. I didn't voluntarily tell someone that I was feeling bad but desk clerk that checked me in noticed that my face ,my eyes & she asked me because of her observation to begin with is why she got others involved with checking on me & I truly appreciate everyone who cared for me that day. They truly make you feel as though you are important and not just a pert of the job I do to get a paycheck .

Professional and Friendly Staff in Woman's and Infant Center on 10th floor. More parking could be available for patients though. I got lucky and grabbed the one spot available in the front of the pay parking lot up front though, as someone was pulling out. I would hate to be REALLY sick and have to walk a great distance to the building though if need be. Parking attendants are fantastic in this lot though.
