Everyone there has been nice. We are pleased so far with Highlands staff. They seem to have to work with older equipment and building but staff is excellent.

I was so grateful for the professionalism of all the staff at UAB sleep center. Dr. Jordan was so friendly and helpful; especially with answering questions, addressing concerns, accounting for my personal needs, and considering my insurance coverage. A big thank you to Terry in the office for setting up my sleep study quickly and considerately.

It was a very long wait time just to see the doctor. Once I saw the doctor, the actual appointment only took a few minutes.
