Loved doctor Melanie Morris. Sat down and explained procedure thoroughly. Asked questions and explained and answered all my questions. The only thing that was not pleasant was waiting 2 1/2 hours to get to see her.

Saw the nurse, an intern and the doctor. All three were EXTREMELY nice, knowledgeable, listened to us and went above and beyond to explain everything. We are waiting to hear the date for surgery hoping it will be the [DATE]. UAB is the best

The staff from the registration desk through triage and seeing the doctor were kind and efficient. Special kudos to my triage nurse Kandise, med student Owen and Dr Melanie Morris. When I left I felt heard and confident that a plan that was appropriate for my case would be developed
