Megan is an exceptional NP. She is courteous and very knowledgeable person. I feel very well taken care of with her

I would like the doctor or who ever is taking care the person to show them the results of x-ray by picture not just explaining 🤔

Provide excellent care

Some of the techs I felt like they were rude but Megan was nice . I had fallen on my way in the door and the nurse that took me back and the nurse that took my vitals was caring but it was one lady who was rude and had an attitude with me. My legs had given out and I fell and I was hurting.

It's always fast and efficient from start to finish. The employees are the best.

The people checking you need could be more friendly. They need to remember we are the ones paying the salary. So being more friendly and respectful should be one of their requirements to be hired. Also the people at the valet parking. Need to be kinder and also realize we deserve their respect and not be so rude to the patients. This also goes to the X-ray unit

Just that they are sweet young ladies.. xray gentleman 👏 was so kind as well.. MRI ladies and gent are the best! Keep them please, because other places are not like UAB entirely.
