My only concern is not being able to speak to the neurosurgeon between appointments. The people working for him don't seem to want to bring him questions between appointments, they try to handle questions themselves.

Everyone with whom I came into contact was excellent: the parking attendant, receptionist, the doctor, and the doctor's assistant. Even persons at the information centers were extremely magnanimous.
