Staff made me feel comfortable. My questions were answered in a manner I could understand.

Talked to my Guardian,as well as myself, in a manner where we could understand what they were conveying. Everyone very nice and comforting.

The staff and medical team were welcoming. I felt supported and heard. The facilities were clean. The atmosphere was calm. Even though it was a busy day, I did not feel rushed during my time with the medical team.

I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and kindness of every member of the Clinic!
