On time, everyone was friendly and the NP and doctor took the time to explain things and I didn't feel rushed

It was an outstanding experience being that it was my first time there.

The facility was clean throughout. All the staff, from the door to the doctor, were extremely nice and made me and my husband feel welcomed!

Almost every employee was rude. I don’t feel the doctor even gave wnytbing. He did not try and recommend another doctor that might could help. I had one positive experience and that was the tech that did my tests.

Every one is extremely helpful and treat you like you're someone special. And I live in another city and have to travel 90 miles to get to Birmingham, but I feel very confident about my stay and visits, knowing that I'll get the correct treatment that I'm needing.
