Dr. Okor was fabulous in explaining and showing me what my problem was and then why the particular set of irregularities were. Not responding to injections and why the surgery called for was too risky given my age and other medical conditions. He is an amazing human.

Waiting room noise from the television on the wall to personal telephones of other waiters was very bothersome. Wait time was absurd: over 2 hours past appointment time. If the doctor is known to spend a lot of time with each patient- which he does (and that is WONDERFUL!) then don't book patients so close together! Dr. Okor did spend a great deal of time with me. He went over my situation and the possible treatment options in detail. He was very thorough, patient, attentive. I would highly recommend Dr. Okor to anyone needing a neurosurgeon.

Staff is vera professional, thorough and caring

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Okor and I would give a “10” based on him alone. Everyone else I came into contact with on the day of my appointment were friendly and professional. However, trying to get an appointment was difficult…communicating what tests were required before getting an appointment was not clear, there was a lot of miscommunication between Dr Okor’s office and my primary’s office and one person on the phone was terribly rude. Dr Okor is great; part of his office staff needs to shape up.

Only 15-20 minutes in main waiting room, but over an hour in the treatment room. However, the doctor spent almost an hour explaining my options and answering all my questions. So it was worth it.

Yes, I love how Dr. Okor took his time and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Okor on my previous visit and I was no less impressed on my visit yesterday.

Greatly appreciate care by entire staff and Dr Okor. All were excellent. On my first visit entered in a wheelchair. My last visit I entered walking freely from parking lot to clinic. My sincere thanks to all. I can understand the waiting time.

Personnel were very knowledgeable and were not rushed when they spent time with me although they were running behind. The only negative was wheelchair transport. I was in a great deal of pain and had trouble walking. We waited quite a long time after transport was called and finally I decided to walk out.

I was amazed at the time Dr Okor took with me, he explained everything to its's fullest and answered all the questions I had , great bed side manor. His NP was very welcoming and she did an great job looking at me and very knowledgeable. The first girl that took my BP and temp etc. was as sweet as they come and cute personality . Very impressed overall.

I had a great first visit with Dr. Okor. I did have to wait a considerable amount of time, but the staff was so nice and made efforts to make everyone comfortable. The triage went well!! She did it so when a room became available, I could go right in. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Okor!!! He was so gentle and explained things to me so I could understand them. He answered all my questions. I just felt like I had been his patient all the time. I am a [age] year old patient and was so nervous, but as soon as he walked in the door the way he greeted me relaxed me. Sometime doctors come in with attitudes. NOT Dr. Okor! The doctor and the assistant were very knowledgeable of the reason i was being seen by them they were very patient and they listened to what i had to say or ask without making me feel as though they were in a hurry.

I was pretty happy with the staff & Dr Okor. I especially appreciate them getting me an appointment when none was available. However, I do want to say that I was not happy with having to wait almost 2 hours before I saw the doctor. The staff did communicate with me during the delay, which was good, but it seems like maybe the doctor is over booked. Thank you.

The wait was long, but I was notified ahead of time that it would be a long wait. Well worth the wait. Everyone was very kind and courteous, and I was asked several times if I needed anything while I was waiting. Dr. Okor is very thorough and asked a couple of times if I had questions or needed clarification. Highly recommend this provider.
