Dr. Kole and her staff were great.

Efficient, personable staff and physicians. I am on annual checks and have only had a for minor issue previously. I feel comfortable knowing if I were to have a serious skin health issue a full scope of medical care is available.

I have had great success in Appointments being on time, intake associates were very knowledgeable and friendly and Dr. Kole was friendly and very efficient in injecting my keloids. Painful but she got it over with quickly.

Very pleasant experience.

Scheduling is so far out. Consultations shouldn’t even happen if the schedule doesn’t open for months in the future. The reception girl was also a bit rude during the check-out process. I didn’t feel like she wanted to help me or create a welcoming environment…at all. Since I’ve already paid my $100 consult fee, I’ll come back for my appt but otherwise I will be going elsewhere for future services.

Everyone is very friendly and nice. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment. Although I spent over 30 minutes in the waiting room, plus my extra 10 minutes that was mine. Maybe try not to schedule so many at once. I know everybody is so busy. I do choose Whitaker dermatology over other dermatologist.

Ability to get an appointment. Dr. [ ] & Dr. Kole are very professional and answered my questions.

I was very pleased with my experience at UAB Dematology. I was seen so quickly that I didn't complete the paperwork. The medical assistant was friendly and efficient. I didn't wait a long time before the doctor came in. She was thorough and took time with me. Overall, it was a great experience.

Outstanding consultation and option for treatment for hyper pigmentation. Offered 3 options. Selected and received chemical peel on same date. Feel great about the treatment and follow-up.
