Everything went smoothly, everyone from the front to the back was kind, patient and helpful. The nurse practitioner (I think that's her title) explained everything, showed us the scan, went over it, was very informed, and helpful.

The PA that we saw Kristen Lamb I believe was her name was not exactly what I would call knowledgeable or comforting in any way about the upcoming surgery that I would be having the following day. She should really work on her people skills to not make them feel stupid or like a burden to her if questions need to be asked. I would prefer not to see her in office again.

GREAT SERVICE; ESPECIALLY THE FACT THAT EVERYTHING IS LINED UP AND WE BOTH GOT THE MRI AS WELL AS SAW THE DOCTOR ON SAME DAY AND SAME LOCATION. THIS IS A PLUS WHEN YOU TRAVEL 100 MILES TO THE DOCTOR
