Check out was the issue I had. The guy was very unprofessional rolling his eyes and making sounds because I didn't know if I needed a follow up appointment or not.

My provider, Kristin Cravens, is excellent. She explained everything that could be an issue very well, laid out a detailed plan of action and included information on next steps should an injection and PT not improve the situation.

Finally getting in to get help for my knee pain, seeing the provider.

The provider took her time to listen to the events leading to current discomfort and injury. I was very appreciative of that! Supplemental staff were welcoming, explained all parts of x-ray as well as vitals and leading to room. Very pleased with my orthopedic Highland experience!
